After a GROUNDED Experience
Therapy referrals & further support.
Sometimes taking time to reflect brings a wish for further support. You do not have to work through everything on your own.
This page is for Growers who would like to explore individual support following NOTICE or EXPLORE — gently, and at their own pace.
Your next step
Space for support beyond the Experience.
GROUNDED™ is a psychoeducational wellbeing programme, not therapy, diagnosis or treatment. Individual counselling or therapy is separate from the programme; attending an Experience does not commit you to further sessions.
You can contact a practitioner directly using the directories below, or speak with your GP about support available locally. If you have access to an employee assistance programme, it may also offer confidential support.
If you are unsure where to begin, you are welcome to ask Amanda about signposting. Please keep your enquiry brief and avoid including sensitive health details or personal trauma information.
Ask Amanda about signpostingIndividual therapy with Amanda
Amanda Scott — Clinical Therapist.
Somatic trauma therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) sit at the heart of how Amanda works, alongside her background in play therapy and energy work. If you would like further individual support following a GROUNDED Experience, you can contact Amanda directly to discuss therapy.
Individual therapy is separate from GROUNDED™. Suitability, availability, fees and confidentiality arrangements are discussed before any sessions are agreed. You are equally welcome to choose another practitioner.

Somatic & Internal Family Systems practitioners
Finding someone who works the way you want to be supported.
GROUNDED™ draws on somatic trauma therapy and Internal Family Systems, so these are the registers listed first. They are starting points, not endorsements of individual practitioners. Registration, experience, fees, availability and approaches vary — you can ask about qualifications, confidentiality and how someone works before deciding.
