For Organisations
Supporting the people who support others.
Your staff and carers spend their working lives responding to the needs of other people.
GROUNDED™ offers an opportunity to recognise the emotional demands of that work and make space for the people doing it.
It is designed to complement an organisation's existing wellbeing, supervision and workforce support arrangements.
Why organisations choose GROUNDED™
GROUNDED™ is designed to support opportunities for:
- Greater awareness of personal responses to pressure.
- More compassionate understanding of coping patterns.
- Reflection on needs, boundaries and responsibility.
- Recognition of the influence of working environments.
- Shared language for discussing wellbeing.
- Small, realistic choices that may support sustainable caring roles.
These are intended areas of learning, not guaranteed individual or organisational outcomes.
Share with your leadership team
The GROUNDED™ Information Brochure
A short, printable introduction to GROUNDED™ — the two Experiences, what is included and the organisational fees — that managers can share with their leadership team before making an enquiry.
What to expect as a Grower
Sharing is always optional.
GROUNDED™ does not require anyone to explore personal trauma. Growers choose what — if anything — they wish to share, and privacy is respected throughout.
Accessibility, group safety and participation are agreed with each organisation in advance, and there is always a route to ask questions before attending.
- No preparation is needed — Growers simply arrive as they are.
- Personal disclosure is always a choice, never a requirement.
- Private reflection is welcome. Taking part quietly is a full way to take part.
- Everyday language throughout — nothing clinical, nothing to perform.
