NOTICE is an introduction to GROUNDED™ for people who want to explore the impact of helping others and begin including themselves in the picture.

The Experience offers gentle reflection, relatable understanding and space to consider what might be needed.

Duration: Three hours of facilitated content, with breaks in addition.
Suitable for: Teams and organisations seeking an accessible introduction to GROUNDED™.

GROUNDED™ EXPLORE

More space to understand. More room for choice.

EXPLORE offers a fuller GROUNDED™ Experience.

With additional time for reflection and experiential learning, Growers are invited to develop a deeper understanding of how their experiences, environments and responses can shape the way they support others and care for themselves.

Duration: Six hours of facilitated content, with lunch and breaks in addition.
Suitable for: Organisations wishing to offer a dedicated staff wellbeing and professional development Experience.

Delivery options

In-person Experiences are delivered at your venue.

Live virtual — Virtual GROUNDED™ Experiences are still being developed and piloted, rather than generally available to book. Contact Amanda to discuss pilot opportunities and access needs.

Pricing

Confirmed in-person fees are £750 for NOTICE (3 hours) and £1,350 for EXPLORE (6 hours), per organisational group. Travel, accommodation and VAT where applicable are confirmed in a written quotation.
