How I handle your information.
This page is maintained by GROUNDED™ to explain what happens when you make an enquiry, send an email, or browse the site. It is a living document and may be updated as the service grows.
1. Enquiries and emails
When you email groundedbyamanda@hotmail.com your message and email address are stored in the email account used to run GROUNDED™. I read and reply to every enquiry personally. I do not share your email address with anyone else, and I do not add it to a marketing list without your explicit permission.
The enquiry and consultation forms prepare a message in your email app. They do not send automatically or save submissions on this website. You must send the message in your email app; opening it does not confirm a booking. Please do not include sensitive health or trauma information.
2. How long I keep emails
Enquiry details are kept no longer than needed to respond and manage agreed arrangements, subject to applicable legal obligations. Contact Amanda to ask about retention or request deletion.
3. Analytics and tracking
This website does not currently use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies. I do not track individual visitors or build profiles of browsing behaviour.
4. Cookies
This site uses browser-local storage to remember dismissal of the privacy notice; this is not a tracking cookie. Enquiry drafts are held only on the open page, not saved to a website account. Download links and therapist directories may open services with their own privacy policies.
5. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete any information I hold about you at any time. Just email groundedbyamanda@hotmail.com with the subject "Data request" and I will respond as soon as I can.
6. External links
The Follow-up Support page links to external directories and professional bodies such as BACP, COSCA and the IFS Institute. Those sites have their own privacy policies and I am not responsible for how they handle data.
7. Changes to this page
If GROUNDED™ begins using analytics, booking tools, newsletters or any other service that handles personal data, this page will be updated to reflect that. The last update date is shown below.
